Before you travel, we collect as much information about your travel plans.
Your itinerary, stay, tours booked, etc.

Gather intel

We'll touch base with a simple yes/no prompt every 24 hours to ensure
everything is fine. If you respond with yes, great. If you indicate
no or don’t respond, we act.

Daily Check-In

If we don’t hear back, or should anything happen—medical, personal safety,
or theft-related—we act fast, coordinating with local authorities
and your loved ones.

Immediate
Action

Whether it’s getting you requisite assistance from the nearest consulate,
ushering you to a safe place or simply offering a shoulder to lean
on—we’re with you until you’re secure.

Close Eye works per trip. Each subscription is tied to a single journey, so for multiple vacations, you’ll need separate plans.

How do I reach you in an emergency?

You’ll have a dedicated communication channel for instant assistance. We’ll be on standby 24/7.

Does Close Eye include insurance or help with claims?

Close Eye doesn’t come bundled with insurance. But if you have an existing policy, we might be able to help coordinate with your provider and guide you through the claims process.

How will I be charged during an emergency request?

To pay for any emergency services that are required, we take a security deposit or keep your credit card on file.

Does Close Eye include legal assistance?

We’re not legal advisors, but we can always connect you with local resources if and when necessary.
